Bought these for my wife when we are working on the farm. She cannot believe how comfortable they are. She is now refusing to wear them in dirty areas to keep them pretty for everyday wearing. Twisted X arch support really makes the boot wear well. People with high arches should order .5 size or full size larger than they usually wear and they will find a perfect fit.

I bought these shoes at [...]. One shoe is clearly smaller than the other but I did not return it for an exchange because I would have to pay shipping both ways as well as 20% restocking fees. They are very heavy and shipping would cost as much as the shoe. I took it to a professional shoe store and they said that the shoe is manufactured defective. This whole experience has left me very dissapointed in Twisted X shoes which has a good reputation. I know it is pointless to ask for a refund or exchange becasue they will only quote their return policy to me which is more complicated than the NATO treaty. After all it is internet shopping and customers do not get to try on the shoes before paying for them. I wish, I had read the return policy before I bought the shoes but I have shopped on the internet for 10 years and never seen a return policy like this. All I can think of is that the company is completely uninterested in customer satisfaction.
